Joy of Giving.

In childhood, I remember my father used to get me chocolates... n ask me to share with all family members before I eat... Today I forgot the taste and name of that chocolate... but learnt and experienced the "joy of giving"

Today we as parents give equal chocolates... same toys to both our kids... And tell them..."tum apna khao... tum apna khelo... jhagda mat karo"....

Here we are not teaching peace... but teaching them how to think "only for self". And kids start using words like "my chocolate ...my toys....my life... my choice"

"My" is nothing but ego... And once ego comes, wisdom leaves... only knowledge is left behind !!!

Teach your children to never walk alone in life and on the path to prosperity... Teach them to bring others with them too... Love others and make them prosperous too... Spread love and happiness

Pilgrimage and Changing Ourselves.

One day,all the disciples went to their master' and said, "Master, Master, we all are going on a pilgrimage.

Master: Why you want to go on a pilgrimage trip?

Disciples: So that we can improve our devotion.

Master: OK. Then do me a favour. Please take this Karela (bitter gourd) along with you and wherever you go and whichever temple you visit, place it in the alter of the Deity, take the blessings and bring it back.

So, not only the disciples but the Karela also went on pilgrimage, temple to temple.

And finally when they came back, the Master said, "cook that Karela and serve it to me."

The disciples cooked it and served it to the master. After having the first bite, the master said,

"Surprising"!!!!!

Disciples: What's so surprising?

Master: Even after the pilgrimage the karela is still bitter.
How come???'

Disciples: But that's the very nature of the Karela, Master.

Master: That's what I am saying. Unless you change your nature, pilgrimage will not make any difference.

So, you & I, if we do not change ourselves no teacher or guru can make a difference in our lives.

If you think positively,
Sound becomes music,
Movement become dance,
Smile becomes laughter,
Mind becomes meditative and
Life becomes a celebration !

Essence of Janmashtami.

There are four yugas widely accepted in Hinduism. They are :
1. Satya yug
2. Treta yug (Ramayana)
3. Dwapara yug(Mahabharata)
4. Kal yug(Present)

In Satya yug, the fight was between two worlds (Devalok & Asuralok). Asuralok being the evil, was a different WORLD.

In Treta yug, the fight was between Rama and Ravana. Both rulers from two different COUNTRIES.

In Dwapara yug, the fight was between Pandavas and Kauravas. Both good and evil from the SAME FAMILY.

Kindly note how the evil is getting closer. For example, from a DIFFERENT WORLD to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY to the SAME FAMILY.

Now, know where is the evil in Kaliyug???

It is inside us. Both GOOD AND EVIL LIVE WITHIN. The battle is within us. Who will we give victory to, our inner goodness or the evil within??

Think, identify and fight.
Krishna was born in the darkness of the night, into the locked confines of a jail.
However, at the moment of His birth, all the guards fell asleep, the chains were broken and the barred doors gently opened.

Similarly, as soon as Krishna ( Chetna, Awareness ) takes birth in our hearts, all darkness ( Negativity ) fades.

All chains ( Ego, I, Me, Myself ) are broken.

And all prison doors we keep ourselves in ( Caste, Religion, Profession, Relations etc )  are opened.

And that is the real Message And Essence of Janmashtmi......

EACH GIVES WHAT HE HAS !

Back in the days when Germany was divided, a huge wall separated East and West Berlin. One day, some people in East Berlin took a truck load of garbage and dumped it on the West Berlin side.
The people of West Berlin could have done the same thing, but they didn't. Instead they took a truck load of canned goods, bread, milk and other provisions, and neatly stacked it on the East Berlin side.
On top of this stack they placed the sign:

“EACH GIVES WHAT HE HAS"

How very true! You can only give what you have.
My dear, what do you have inside of you? Is it hate or love? Violence or peace? Death or life?
What have you acquired over the years?
Is it capacity to build or capacity to destroy?

Is it ability to make money or steal money?
Is it ingenuity to develop good things that will benefit mankind or ability to bomb those good things that others have labored to build?

"EACH GIVES WHAT HE HAS"

Think about it!

The Lion King - Leadership Qualities.

In the jungle which animal is the biggest ........
I heard you say, Elephant.

In the jungle which animal is the tallest ........
I heard you say, Giraffe.

In the jungle which animal is the wisest ........
I heard you say, Fox.

In the jungle which animal is the fastest ........
I heard you say, Cheetahs.

Among all these wonderful qualities mentioned, where is the Lion in the picture.Yet, you say the Lion is the king of the jungle even without any of these qualities. But, I discovered something fascinating about the Lion.

The Lion is courageous, the Lion is very bold, the Lion is always ready to face any mountain, any challenges, any barrier that crosses his part, no matter how big they are. The Lion walks with confidence. The Lion dares anything and it's never afraid. The Lion believes he is unstoppable. The Lion is a risk taker. The Lion believes any animal is food for him. The Lion believes any opportunity is worth giving a try and never allows it slip from his hands. The Lion has charisma.

- What is it that we get to learn from here ...

• You don't need to be the fastest.
• You don't need to be the wisest.
• You don't need to be the smartest.
• You don't need to be the most brilliant.
• You don't need to be generally accepted to become your dreams and be great in life.

• All you need is courage.
• All you need is boldness.
• All you need is the will to try.
• All you need is the faith to believe it is possible.
• All you need is to believe in yourself that you can do it.

The world will criticize, Stay Strong.

One day a school teacher wrote on the board the following:
9×1=7
9×2=18
9×3=27
9×4=36
9×5=45
9×6=54
9×7=63
9×8=72
9×9=81
9×10=90

When she was done, she looked to the students and they were all laughing at her, because of the first equation which was wrong, and then the teacher said the following,

"I wrote that first one wrong on purpose, because I wanted you to learn something important. This was for you to know how the world out there will treat you. You can see that I wrote RIGHT 9 times, but none of you congratulated me for it; you all laughed and criticized me because of one wrong thing I did. So this is the lesson...:

'The world will never appreciate the good you do a million times, but will criticize the one wrong thing you do...

But don't get discouraged, ALWAYS RISE ABOVE ALL THE LAUGHTER AND CRITICISM. STAY STRONG.' "

SEVEN LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE...

SEVEN LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE....

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.
They don't fly with crow, and other small birds.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. When a Female Eagle Meets a Male Eagle and they want to mate, she flies down to earth, picks a twig and flies back into the air with the male eagle in hot pursuit. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she drops the twig and let it fall to the ground while she watches. The male eagle chases after the twig and catches it before it reached the ground, then bring it back to the female eagle. The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a much higher altitude and drop the twig again for the male eagle to chase. This goes on for hours with the height increasing each time until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of picking the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then will she allow him to mate with her.

MEANING; Whether in private life or business, one should test the commitment of the people intended for partnership.

6. Eagles Prepare for Training;
They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.

MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth There.

7. When the Eagle Grows Old,
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.

MEANING; We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

*YES, NEVER GIVE UP,*

*BE AN EAGLE, NEVER EVER GIVE UP !!!*

Still I wonder why We have the unnecessary ego problem 🙏

I always follow these lines :

Kyon Vyarth Chinta Karte Ho? Kisse Vyarth Darte ho? Kaun tumhe maar sakta hai? Aatma na paida hotee hai, Na marti hai!

Jo Hua, Vah accha hua, Jo ho raha hai, Vah accha ho raha hai! Jo hoga, Vah bhee accha hee hoga! Tum bhoot ka Paschyataap NA Karo! Na bhavishya kee chinta karo! Vartmaan chal Raha hai!

Tumhara kya gaya jo tum rote ho? Tum kya laaye the, Jo tumne kho diya? Tumne kya paida kiya tha jo naash ho gaya? Na tum kuch lekar aaye, Jo liya yahin se liya, Jo diya yahin par diya! Khaali haath aaye, khaali haath chale! Jo aaj tumhara hai, kal kisi aur ka tha, Parson kisi aur ka hoga! Tum ise apna samajh kar magn ho rahe ho, Bass yahi parsantta tumhare dukhon ka karan Hai!

Parivartan sansar ka Niyam hai! Jise tum mrityu samajhte ho Vahi toh jeevan hai! Ek xann mein tum karodon ke swami ban jaate ho, dusre hee xann tum darider ho jaate ho! Tera mera chotta badda, apna paraya, mann se mita do, Vichaar se hata do Phir sab tumhara hai aur tum sabke ho!

Na yah Sarir tumhara hai, Na tum iss sharir ke ho! Yah Agnee, Jal, Vayu, Prithvi, Aakash se bana hai aur issi mein mil jayega! parntu aatma sathir hai phir tum kya ho? Tum apne aap ko bhagvan ko arpit karta chal, yahi sabse uttam sahara hai! Jo iss share ko janta hai vah bhay, chinta, shauk se mukt rahta hai!

Jo kuch bhee tu karta hai use bhagwan ko arpit karta chal! Aisa karn se tu sada Jeevan-mukt ka aanand anubhav karega!
